What other Payment do I make apart from payment for the land?

Other payments include survey plan, legal fee and development fee..

What is the cost for the Survey Plan and Legal fee?

ANSWER:

This depends on the estate.

When will my plots be allocated to me?

ANSWER:

Allocation of plots is ongoing upon full payment, survey and legal fee. Shortly after full payment when the layout is approved.

What title does Lily Homes Limited have on the land?

ANSWER:

Land purchase Agreement, irrevocable Power of Attorney, Deed of Assignment and Global C of O (in Process)

What happens if I decide to stop my subscription midway?

ANSWER:

A letter informing us of your decision will be required, then 20% of your total payment meant for agency, administrative and statutory fees will be deducted and the balance will be returned to you after 3months subject to availability of fund or re-allocation to another subscriber by the Purchaser.

Can I start constructing or building on the site after my allocation?

ANSWER:

Yes, but after approval is granted by the engineering team.

Is the road to the estate Good and motorable even during rainy season?

ANSWER:

The road to the estate is good and dry even at the peak of the raining Season; that is why our sales are more during the rainy season period so as to see it for yourself.

Is it strictly a residential Scheme?

ANSWER:

No. It is both residential and commercial.

Is there any restriction as to the type of building I can build?

ANSWER:

Yes. Buildings will be to prototype. You are limited to building residential houses within the areas designated as residential and commercial houses on areas designated as commercial.

Provision of shop in residential houses and building of tenement houses type popularly called, face me I face you is not permitted.

Is there any time limit to commence work on my land after allocation?

ANSWER:

Land owners are encouraged to take possession and start developing their plots within one year after allocation in other to control weeds.

Also in cases where the land is left unkept, the developer will enter the land and keep it tidy and expenses incurred will be transferred to you. Non – development within the stipulated time frame could also lead to reallocation within the estate.

What are the necessary steps to take in Purchasing?

ANSWER:

Make your payment into LilyHomes Bank accounts (First Bank-2011707242, Zenith Bank-1011723702 GTB- 0012313755), fill the subscription form armed with your teller and we will issue you a receipt.

What documents will I be given after my payment?

ANSWER:

Receipt, Acknowledgement letter and Deed of contract.
